My Life My Say is a youth-led, non-partisan charity on a mission to amplify youth voices and engage young people from underrepresented communities in decision-making processes. 

Elsa is founder and director of the Company, Connect Through Community Ltd, which enables businesses from all backgrounds to make their mark.

We link businesses across industries to local and national issues, helping them to be a part of positive change.

Elsa manages Flamingo Chicks’ Agents of Change Programme. A youth advocacy board who represent their peers, lead our organisation and campaign for a fair future for disabled children. The Agents of Change programme and its sessions are underpinned by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Elsa is the Community Outreach Coordinator for Network-6, a series of hospitality businesses based in East London, including The Duke, Wanstead and The Leytonstone Tavern.

This includes partnerships, sponsorships and organising community impact events, including fundraisers.

Elsa is head of Volunteer coordination, Social Media and Music events for Wanstead’s annual Fringe Festival, which hosts over 100 events over three weeks.
