Part of organising Next Gen Conference, the UK’s largest Youth Democracy Conference.

Elsa was Community Outreach Manager for a network of hospitality businesses, helping them amplify their impact.

Elsa managed Flamingo Chicks’ Agents of Change Programme. A youth advocacy board whorepresent their peers, lead our organisation and campaign for a fair future for disabled children.

Co-creating a comprehensive framework with young people to ensure that their voices are embedded in every aspect of The Diana Award’s work.

Elsa was head of social media and community outreach at Petty Son and Prestwich, an estate agents based in East London.

In July 2024, the Diana Award published their first insight report on Youth Voice in Politics, which Elsa was a peer researcher on.

Mind’s Youth Voice Network exist to give young people a say in their work.

FREEDOM2 was an East London and Essex based charity who provide creative workshops for teenage girls to support their well-being and know their worth.

Founded by Elsa in 2018, this initiative aims to support those in need locally and promote the power of kind acts to people’s lives.
