Elsa’s Approach

Good events don't happen by accident.

They happen when there's a clear plan, the right people around the table and someone who cares about getting the details right.

Start with the bigger picture. Before getting into the logistics, I want to understand what you're trying to achieve, who the event is for and what you want people to take away from it.

Make a plan that works in practice. Ideas are important, but so is knowing how to deliver them. I bring structure, clear communication and a practical approach to turning plans into action.

Bring people together. From speakers and suppliers to volunteers, partners and participants, I believe the best events are built through collaboration. I want everyone involved to feel informed, valued and part of the process.

Care about the experience. The little details matter. I think about how people arrive, participate, connect and leave, making sure the event feels welcoming, considered and purposeful.

Stay flexible. Events rarely go exactly to plan. I'm hands-on, solutions-focused and comfortable adapting when things change, without losing sight of what we're there to achieve.

Get stuck in. Great events are a team effort, and sometimes that means stepping outside your usual role to help where you're needed. While clear responsibilities are important, a willingness to pitch in, support one another and get hands-on when things get busy can make all the difference to how an event comes together.
